Joanna, why did you decide to attend a development workshop with horses: I reach for more - I'm coming back to power?
The information about the workshop came to me by accident and immediately aroused my interest. Horses have always fascinated me, the majestic strength and great wisdom of these animals aroused in me admiration and the desire to get closer and explore their secret. I used to think about learning to ride a horse, but I did not persevere in this intention, so when the opportunity to meet a horse as a friend arose, I did not hesitate for a moment!
How do you remember this meeting?
Workshops "Road to power" conducted by Dominika Tarnacka were an extraordinary experience and a great experience. It was my first meeting with the HAE method and I was not disappointed - it really works! I've learned the hard way that the relationship between a human and a horse can reflect a person's relationship with themselves, and horses help bring out the best in us and what needs fixing. The workshop is an invitation to a journey into the depths of the inner power that lies dormant in each of us.
Did anything surprise you? What did you like the most?
I heard a lot about the intuition of horses and their wisdom, the ability to establish a spiritual bond with humans, but I did not think that these animals can really read our emotions, feelings and sometimes even thoughts so quickly and accurately. One of the tasks was to try to communicate with the horse only in a non-verbal way - what was my surprise when the animal performed the task entrusted to it flawlessly! It was also great to watch the other Participants, each of them communicated with the horse in their own way, took up challenges for different reasons and found their own way. The exchange of experiences during conversations summarizing individual tasks and auxiliary exercises from the portfolio was very valuable. Dominika is an excellent Guide: she can show the way, clarify doubts, help tame emotions if necessary, but she does not give anyone solutions on a platter - and this is where her Power lies 🙂
Would you recommend such workshops to other women?
Definitely yes! Workshops with horses are a great experience, an experience of close contact with Nature and yourself, and an extraordinary adventure, the memory of which stays with us for a long time - and constantly inspires to work on yourself and constructive changes. It's really worth reaching for more! 🙂

Dominika Tarnacka, thank you for a fantastic workshop! for your professionalism, attentiveness, great organization, for wonderful trainer horses 🙂 It's amazing how much you can observe, examine with horses. Experiencing various situations in the company of a horse, such as the way to a goal, leadership or being led, creates such an imprint in the mind, body and cognitive map of a person. It's like experiencing it "for real" (maybe simply because it's real :D): it changes, enriches, and what is more, lived consciously, it allows you to understand your mechanisms, fears, moments of stopping and thus allows you to change either get out of the scheme. And on top of that, this incredible added value, i.e. the magic that I feel with horses. I love their presence. I already want to meet again ♥ I recommend it to everyone who wants to experience something new. Horses fund fantastic cognitive adventures 😀

Very nice. It was a deep journey inside yourself.
Did anything surprise you?
Yes, that horses are able to see in us what we do not see ourselves, what is under the surface of consciousness.
What did you like the most?
Cooperation with horses under the watchful eye of Dominika, who took care of both participants and trainers: horses.
Has anything changed for you after the workshop? Was there any new thought, feeling, quality, inspiration?
I discovered a few things about myself that I didn't know about. It gave me the basis for further work.
Would you recommend such workshops to other women?
Definitely yes! It's a great adventure.

I had this pleasure and participated in two workshops: 1st "Meeting your inner critic" and 2nd "Road to your power".
The wonderful women who met at this workshop, thanks to Dominika, could combine their energies and experience many interesting "discoveries" about themselves 🙂

Monika, why did you decide to attend a development workshop with horses?
Mainly out of curiosity, it was something new for me and I wanted to see what the horses would say to me through their behavior. Also, it was a different kind of work, working with the horse from the ground and not being on his back..
What have you experienced during the meetings?
During one workshop, the mare I worked with showed me what humility is.. at some point she stopped as if she had grown into the ground and did not want to go on at all costs.. while I felt first anger and then impotence and burst into tears..
What did you like the most?
The most intriguing thing is that horses, just like people, have their own behavior and characters and you really don't know what will happen when you go to such a workshop.
Do you recommend such meetings?
I think that such meetings can teach us a lot and learn something new in the relationship with the horse, as well as in our human relationships. Besides, it's nice to meet new people.
